I can't withdraw my funds into my bank account.

It shows the balance, it's all there but everytime I go to withdraw, both on the app and on the website, it just refreshes or says it can't do it right now. Why is this?

Is the balance cleared and not pending?

Are the funds in the correct currency?

Are you withdrawing to a linked bank account?

Have you confirmed that bank account?
