I am completely lost as to how I must prove my CIP, there was a prompt to remove my card and re-link but adding it back is blocked it now says that I must contact card issuer. This was the PayPal debit by Mastercard. this has been a nightmare. Do I need to contact MasterCard or PayPal for this issue to be resolved.
