I have over $4,000 I received in donations for covid relief and my account is froze or something, I’m not allowed to transfer to my bank account? How do i fix this? They money was not from selling a product or anything, it all came from “friends & family”. How is paypal allowed to hold my money? And when should I expect to be able to transfer this money if ever??? Seems almost illegal and i’m in a terrible position
