How transfer money on account

Hi All, I can't link a card to  transfer money from balance to bank account. I tried several times and I get notice, that my bank does not support several transfers. I called a bank, they told me that didn't get a request from PayPal and they support transfers. So  what can I do? How can I get my money?

I'm sorry to hear that the system is declining to allow your card for withdrawal transfers. If that is the messaging shown, I do not believe that can be overridden or avoided. However, you may want to check these troubleshooting steps to make sure that there isn't something else at work causing this result.
