I have an issue with Money withdrawal in USD instead of local currency. So I tried to contact PayPal as suggested by many forum members, but PayPal online chat always "contact us during working hours". I tried different times of the day and night.
I guess support chat is not available for all countries?
as for the initial issue:
One part of users here suggest that PayPal support can change withdrawal settings from local currency to USD.
Another part of users says PayPal never allows the withdrawal of USD in countries with a different currency.
Any help appreciated. Since PayPal never answer to me.
