Is this possible, and what's the process of going about this? I want to transfer dollars directly into an account with its main currency in dollars so the money doesn't have to go through paypal's peso to dollar conversion rate. When I asked one bank (PNB) they didn't know if it was possible and told me to go check with paypal. Any advice is appreciated.
