I don't know what it is with this Paypal. The phone support is offline. Every time I try to withdraw any amount of money to a debit/bank account it gives an error messages that says we're sorry, we can't process your request at this time. This has going on for days. This is like going to BOA and the bank not wanting to hand over your money. Absolutely ridicuous!
