You read the title right. My account is not limited, and I have over $600 in the account. For a week I have been unable to withdraw money. PayPal has NO phone support. Paypal refuses to give me back over $600 in funds. The company has the WORST and most INEPT customer service on planet Earth. No phone support because of Covid-19. For over a week these inept on-line chat drones claim that their "internal security system" won't allow me to add a bank account or withdraw money. They told me approximately a week ago to wait "24 hours" followed by "72" hours. Now these scumbags are telling me to wait another "48" hours. I don't know what it is with this Paypal. The phone support is offline. Every time I try to withdraw any amount of money to a debit/bank account it gives an error messages that says we're sorry, we can't process your request at this time. This has going on for days.
