I am small freelancer using paypal to get paid, and i got a lot problem with it and make me frustrated. i know the amount of money i have is small, but i need it to live.

1. I tried to withdraw fund to my bank account, and it failed. I just realize my name on my bank account is slightly different than my paypal name
Paypal refund my money but i lost some amount of it, which big for me. I really hope i can get it back

2. From first question, i change my bank account name so i can withdraw my fund. But now i cant even register the bank into my paypal account. my card got removed, how i can repair this problem? this is getting annoying

3.My client payment got hold for no reason, i already waiting for it. Until now it still on hold. How i can get my money?

Paypal customer service is not very helpful so far. I'm really frustrated with all this hardship for small new user like me
I hope anyone here can help me, Please

1. If a transfer fails due to incorrect information supplied ie names don't match then you get charged a fee because paypal had to process the withdrawal for you and then the return back to your paypal account. (fees are stated in paypals user agreement). Sadly you won't get it back again as the mistake was unfortunately yours.

2. If you had a failed bank transfer then your bank or card may be auto removed due to the failure, try adding or using another withdrawal option or asking paypal customer services to re-add it back for you. OR you can try waiting 72 hours and then seeing if you can add it again.
