I'm sorry for the confusion. I'm not sure I understand your questions. Did you transfer money from Coinbase to PayPal or did you attempt to transfer bitcoin from Coinbase to PayPal?

Yes. I transferred BTC from coinbase to pay pal. and the money did not reach paypal.

Regrettably, this isn't an available option. Bitcoin cannot be transferred to a PayPal balance. I recommend reaching out to Coinbase for assistance.
