So guy's i want to buy something from guy ..and its little bit expensive stuff..so i want to pay with paypal..but he don't have hes own paypal acc..he using of his friend acc..so i was wondering if i send money and put in description his ID card and number of guarantee for product..and in any case i don't get product..i will be able to get refund?
