Having trouble transfer to bank Sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you

I have been trying to transfer my money from Paypal to my checking account for a whole day now. I was using the web application and it was redirecting me to the same select your bank account and continue page over and over again even if I clicked the continue button and typed in the verification code after that. Then I called customer service and they asked me a bunch of identity verification questions and I answered those questions correctly. So they said they "verified" me on the back end and after I clear browsing cache my account should be working. I cleared all my cookies and browsing cache and NO IT IS STILL NOT WORKING. And now I'm getting the "Sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you" message. And the help guide says please call Paypal which I have already done. Can someone please help? Thanks!!!

I'm sorry to hear of the trouble transferring your balance. I can certainly understand how concerning this can be. 

 

From the error you've described, it sounds like our internal security system is blocking your attempts. Regrettably, this isn't something the Community can assist with. The community forum is for customer to customer help and wouldn’t be able to provide account specific details.
