Funds on hold

Hi all,

 I have funds on hold in my account. The item has been sent and delivered. I've entered the tracking code which was used on ebay but 10 days later and the money is still on hold. The buyer has received the item and left feedback on my ebay account and the tracking code is stating is was delivered. I've tried to report this on paypal but it wont let me and says i need to contact the seller. Would anyone is able to help me?

I am having the same problem. Recipient says on his end that transaction has been paid and not on hold on their end so not sure why my payment still on hold.
