Funds On-Hold by PayPal, reasons NOT matching. Tracking uploaded, item Dlvrd. Funds NOT released

Hello,

 

We have concern regarding funds that are put On-HOld since long. If Paypal executive is reading this, then they should bring up the solution on priority basis and read it till end. Anybody else reading this, and can help or suggest, then please reply and let us know your views.

 

I would like to say that PayPal put money On-Hold (showing as pending) for few of the transactions from our buyers recently.

 

First of all, the reasons PayPal  mentioned (to put funds  On-Hold) on site and via chatting, are NOT matching for our account and transactions at all.

Those are created and set via automatic algorithm, which is really creating problems for genuine sellers.

 

To complete one of their requirement, to release the funds-

We had entered tracking details (from the supported carrier), and the items have been delivered too around 3-4 days back.

Even after that, the funds have NOT been released by PayPal and still showing On-Hold

 

This is very Pathetic. Should not they understand, how sellers will rotate the funds and can continue working and selling, if they keep putting the funds On-Hold. They have put 5-6 transactions On - Hold, with NO matching or genuine reasons.

This is going on since last few days and keep going on.

 

They should really thing of this seriously and first of all work on their "Automated Algorithm" and change it accordingly.

Also, what is the point in holding funds, even after the items have been delivered successfully (and showing the same on the supported carriers), that too after 3-5 days of delivery.

 

We are afraid, whether are money is safe with PayPal or not. They are NOT at all helpful these days.

Communicating over chat is getting worse. they replied with pre-set format of messages and have nothing else to say.

People at support are NOT trained and have NO knowledge.

There is NO way to email them, since long. They might have discontinued it.

there is NO track of Chat message, nor their is any Case ID for that chat.

They CLOSE the chat conversation on their own, that too WITHOUT responding. Our response is last, and never received any response from their side. And they End the conversation permanently. this keeps happening.

 

Unable to connect via Phone too. They have every EXCUSE for COVID-19, but they don't think of the same for their sellers.

 

Is anybody else is facing the same issue. Did you get any solution. If so, how. How to connect and contact them, other than the Chatting.

Is there any direct number to call, where we can speak to support person, as they disconnect the line and NOT allowing us to contact them too.

 

We are really afraid, as what may happen to our HARD-EARNED money.

Yes!! I am having the same problem too! I can't seem to get in touch with Paypal about this issue either. They gave me the article about holds however, it does not appear to be (in anyway) related my problem.

PAYPAL: Last August 13, I had a conversation with one of your agents named Joanne. She assured me that as you guys state, after five (5) undisputed payments, I would be established as a legitimate seller. But hey, I have already received more than five consecutive payments from the same payee but you still put my money on hold. What's going on? Please stop putting my money on hold as the payor is already getting **bleep** off being asked over and over again to confirm his payment. I hope this issue can be resolved soon as there is no longer a need to put my money on hold. I have satisfactorily complied with your requirement. This is not a good service anymore. I would appreciate if you get this issue resolved the soonest. Thank you.
