Hi I'm having trouble with my building society account as a funding source..it's been fine since 2013...but since early November 2020..ive not been able to use it...it's put payments through PayPal credit..I've been in contact with PAYPAL and they said it's the direct debit mandate has been rescinded but my building society says its not..what I'd like to know is how can I get my building society account back as a funding source..I've tried to remove it..then re confirm it...I'm unable to remove it...!...so I'm basically stuck..can't add money to PayPal balance or pay for anything through PayPal from my account HELP!!
