I have integrated the Express Checkout on my website. The product is digital and the customers get instant access. At the moment, all payments are showing as pending until I provide tracking.
I don't see a way to mark as digital delivery. How should I do this?

Click "Add Tracking" button within transaction details and select from a list of order statuses the most applicable:
Shipped (with or without Tracking Number)
In Process
Hold
Cancelled
Returned
Order Processed
The customer will receive an email and I believe it will urge them to "confirm receipt" to release funds or you can ask the customer to log on and go to the payment transaction to confirm receipt AFTER updating order status.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

Many thanks.
Do you know how I can make it automatically mark as digital delivery when setting up the payment? I'm getting loads of orders, and my plan was to automate this as much as possible.

I didn't mark this as solved as it's not solved. How do I unmark as solved? My question was about marking every payment as digital delivery.
Edit: I've unmarked as solution now.
