Have had account with PayPal using my EDD Debit card for over a year. All of a sudden they are holding my payments from Ebay because I cant verify my info with the bank. They want a checking account or routing number which I dont have. "In order to answer my question please update your bank info".
So I guess my question is how or if I can link my EDD debit card to my PayPal account?
It was all **bleep** dory before, and PayPal sure doesnt have a problem taking money OFF MY CARD, but I guess when its time to be paid there is a problem.
