Card activation

Hello !

Do i need to activate my card in order for a transfer to go through ?

my account was topped up and i've added a new card, then transfered the money to that account. I still don't see the money in the account so, my question is : do i need to activate the card, or that it's just an  extra security measure ?

What country is your PayPal account registered to? This will give me a better idea of what time-frame you can expect. I would definitely recommend confirming your card to ensure you have an easier time using it with your PayPal account but it may not be necessary to confirm the card before the transfer can complete.
