Hi, I'm new to paypal. And Few days ago, at March 2nd, I try to remove the withdraw limit from my paypal, sadly when I was entering the 4 digit code from the transaction, I made mistake and panickly retry to enter it like three times, the second and third time was right but it didn't work, so I chekced my card and it was unlinked from my paypal account! And I couldn't register it again for some reason... What should I do? I tried to contact paypal but I dont know where contact them
