Cannot view balance nor transfer money

It only says "Sorry, we can't show this information right now. Check back in a few minutes." Its been an hour and I can't access my balance, or even transfer money on any of my device. Please fix this

I am sorry to know about the trouble that you're experiencing while viewing the balance and being unable to transfer the balance. This might be due to a technical issue, I would recommend you try to check again later with a different browser. If you are attempting on PayPal mobile app and are experiencing difficulty, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if this helps to resolve this issue.
