Cannot confirm my account

Hi, PayPal sent me the 0.01 money transfer with the four digits attached to it, but when I try to confirm my account, I simply cannot write in the Confirmation code section the 4 digits. I just type and it doesn't work. Just want to add that previously I tried the same thing with my card number, because it was easier. My former card expired, so I had to add the number of my new card number. It was the same thing. I wasn't able to type the card number. I pressed the keyboard but nothing appeared in the box on the screen. So then I thought maybe I should try with my bank account. But after PayPal sent me the money I encountered the same problem. I simply cannot type the 4 digits. Hope you will be able to help me with this. Thanks!
