How can I withdraw my money? I already tried two ways.
First is through Gcash. My PayPal is linked to my Gcash account and my PayPal balance is already converted to Php, but when I cash-in, Gcash is "unable to process" the transaction.
Second, is through my bank account. My bank account is linked to PayPal. But when I click "transfer funds", it says "There is an issue with your account. You can contact us for help resolving it." But I can't find any other way to contact them other than by calling the hotline. But it's a US phone number and I don't want to be charged a big amount just because of this.
It has been like this for weeks. How can I get my money or how else can I contact PayPal? Thanks.
