Can't use the wallet directly

Hello guys , i just received a specific amount of money for a commision  and i wanted to use the wallet to get a game from gamivo but they don't have an option to withdraw from the wallet directly and it wants me to withdraw from my card and when i try to withdraw from my wallet to my card it says that there was a problem
