Can´t I use my Paypal balace to send money?

Hi,

I should sent money, and I have balance on my Paypal account, but I can not do anything before i confirm my debit card... but the big problem is I must wait for the code 1-2 bank days, right? Are there any way how i can act?

You can use funds in your paypal balance 'as long as' they are in the correct currency and not pending.

BUT for some transactions ie digital / virtual or higher risk AND at 'some point' anyway Paypal will ask you to add a card to act as a back up funding source and to verify your Paypal account.
