Can somebody help me to receive my money faster?

my husband is having problem sending money to me through money sending center so he opted to use paypal. He transferred money to me through my paypal account for our personal allowance and payments but then i received a message saying that the transfer of money is on hold for 21 days. What should i do? Is there any process to make for me to receive the money faster?

Click "Add Tracking" in the transaction details, select an Order Status (Shipped w/o Tracking or Order Processed), then ask the sender to "confirm receipt" on their end of the transaction to release the funds immediately.

Next time, train your senders of personal payments to mark payment as "Sending to a friend" under the amount field so it doesn't get the 21 days hold, although PayPal may hold personal payments for review occasionally for up to 72 hours.
