Can I withdraw funds to a debit visa card?

I signed up for a rewards program and I can either get paid through paypal or by cheque. I figured paypal would be easier and more convenient. When the funds get paid into my account can I transfer to my debit card (I don't have a credit card or a US bank account)?

The link you gave says I can withdraw to a visa card issued in my country but does it matter if it's a debit or credit card? I don't have a US bank account and don't want to be stuck not being able to access my funds.

You would need to check that information with customer services OR checking in your countries Paypal user agreement > withdrawals.
