CANT CONFIRM MY DEBIT CARD

Recently i made new paypal account..i am from india.I am trying to confirm my friend mastercard in my account but always it show we cant confirm your info..how to get this..plzz help

Hi @jainjain0023, 

Thanks for posting in our Community. I understand that the car is on a friends name., If the Paypal count in on your own name the details will not match and due to this you will not be able to confirm the card. I would advise to remove the card and to add a card that is on your own name. 

You will be able to confirm that :).

I have been trying for months to update my credit card. It has been blocked and I can't change it. Most frustrating is NOT BEING ABLE TO SPEAK WITH ANYONE FROM PAYPAL OR HAVE THEM CONTACT ME AFTER NUMEROUS REQUESTS !!!!
