I have been trying for months to update my credit card. It has been blocked and I can't change it. Most frustrating is NOT BEING ABLE TO SPEAK WITH ANYONE FROM PAYPAL OR HAVE THEM CONTACT ME AFTER NUMEROUS REQUESTS !!!!
