CAN I RECEIVE payment from UPWORK and transfer that funds to another paypal

PLEASE TELL me i am a freelancer from India and i have to receive payments from upwork freelancing site and after that i have to transfer that receiving funds to another paypal account so that i can withdraw in to my indian bank account can i do that one, please tell me??????
