Bank transfer

Hi has anyone recieved there bank transfer yet, I'm 72 hours now and still have got it

Yeah it is a lie, customer service said that to me 8:13 this morning, and another customer service person told me they was having technical issues

It's disgusting to keep waiting for there own money, they must have procedures in place if something like this happen, I just think they lie and fob us off
