Hi yeah i said that to customer service we should of been notified they was having problem and we could of made other arrangements, they dont care, customer service keep saying same old answers, disgusting way to run a business, basically they can hold our money has long as they like and we cant do a thing about it, I just dont believe it take this long to fix a technical issue, hope you get your money soon ...
