Hello, why do I wasn't able to withdraw or link my money on gcash but i have a responding balance in my wallet? In relate of bank reversal, I was withdrawing the money to BDO last Jan. 21,2021 and I think I have some issue regarding to the bank I was linking cause it's was named by my sister and my Paypal was named by me. In result, It was refunded on Jan. 26, 2021. I thought is that ok but when i try to withdraw it in my gcash the balance is zero. How then I get my money???
