I wish I would have posted months ago as a warning. We are a new clothing boutique and have had $8,000 in orders held for over 6 months. We have talked to multiple supervisors, twitter help desk. Literally wasted WEEKS of TIME, and $8000 in overhead money no new company can go without. And during COVID.. so terrible. I'm moving to Stripe CC, Quickbooks, Square, ANYTHING but Paypal. I'm shocked because I would have thought with this company started with Elon Musk it would be a lot better.

You can normally withdraw via any linked bank account / card already on your permanently limited account. I don't think you can add a funding source to that account.
So your best option is to contact customer services and ask them to link a card for you OR send you a cheque with the balance in the post as per link.
