Adding Card to account

Hi guys, I am trying to add my Debit card to my account but when i do that it tells me that it fails because that the card is linked with another account, my bank is already linked with it but i can only manage it from my bank account page not paypal account, but this card is not linked in any way with any account what should i do ?

Try and find out what account it is already linked to and terminate that account if you can.

My friend i have only one account and there is no other account is linked to the card .!
