was adding uba prepaid card to my account but not going through,i try adding it to another account it shows it has be add to one account .
the first account i add it was not successful and not on the account niether i can dd to anoher account. kindly help what can i do

You are only allowed x2 paypal accounts if x1 is personal and the other x1 is business, if you have 2 of the same type you risk them both being limited.
You can't add a local bank account / debit or prepaid card in your country.
You can only link a credit card.
Also the option to receive paypal payments is sadly not available in Nigeria.
You can only send payments for purchases funded by your (confirmed) credit card.
Paypal varies a lot country to country and can only offer the services that the banks / governments of that country allow it to offer.
There are quite a few countries unable to receive paypal payments.
