Account not aligned with current Paypal agreement

Hi there,

 

I want to keep my account active and add a new payment card. 

 

When I attempt to do this the message I get is that it cannot be done because the account does not fall in line with Paypals' current licensing agreement.

 

How can I update/rectify this?

what kind of "payment card" are you trying to add? MasterCard, Visa, AMEX, Discover, etc and what brand? Is it a bank issued? Is it a reloadable card?

 

and what country is your account based in?
