I'am unfairly closed my account by paypal

173 days have passed since November 27, 2020

PayPal customer service does not do anything to me.

So here I ask for help.

 

since made account and every time I use the account every time 24/7  my account is not worked.

The first was the account connection problem, which was very difficult for me to prove because of my military service.

In the Korean military, it is difficult for soldiers to communicate freely with the outside world.
That's why I couldn't solve the account connection problem in 2018 and solved it in 2020 not 2018.

So after finishing my military service, I ended the problem with a message consultation and I thought my PayPal account was available.

And second time,  I logged on to PayPal to buy things on eBay before the certification yesterday (November 26, 2020), and I recognized that there was a certification problem at that time.  so, I uploaded my mobile phone bill so that I can prove my current location.

I did not under any of the following.

in  Paypal User Agreement about your account

Closing Your PayPal Account

 

close your PayPal account, including:

To evade an investigation.
If you have a pending transaction or an open dispute or claim.
If your PayPal account has a negative balance.
If your PayPal account is subject to a hold, limitation or reserve


but they blocked my account. 

 

can I have any assistance from here???
