need help about account limitation .

please some one help me , i am a Indian seller and my account is limited from last 60days and i have submitted all the business related documents but still available funds are not transferring to my bank account, i have send email to my account manager but no help from anyone . 

i have to pay my outstanding invoices .

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
