Account limitations

Can someone please confirm for me that its not and has never been Paypals policy to wait for items delivered it's only tracking information needed. And can someone tell me if it is right for PayPal to not release my money even though o have provided every document and more for the item which has been delivered and I gave them proof of postage and proff of delivery so what right have they got not to give me my money that money is mine simple as that.

Are the funds SHOWING in your paypal account balance but have pending by them OR are the funds not showing at all in your paypal account balance OR activity?

Hi I have £12.23 showing with available underneath it, and I have £46 that is on hold. The £12.23 has been tracked and delivered and they have proof, I don't care what other problem they have which they haven't, that money is mine they have no right to keep it they have no valid reason

Is nobody listening properly, this £12.23 is still being held 5days after it's been delivered 14days after I gave tracking information wtf is going on
