Welcome to our Community Forum, thanks for reaching out! Normally when you begin a transfer out to your card, you're unable to cancel it. If the funds are going out to a card that you have since closed, one of two situations may occur. Either the funds will bounce back to your PayPal account within 30 days, or the bank will hold the funds on their end for your to claim. I normally recommend reaching out to your bank / financial institution to see what they are going to do.
