File A Complaint to recover money

Paypal has held my money in my account for 6 months.

I sell/buy alot of vinyl records and many times its off of Craiglists-

so some of the payments are sent without any fees taken out. 

Paypal froze my account and is holding my money. Never again 

will I use paypal - Ive moved over to Google Wallet theres never been a hassle

there. Now off to send a complaint to the FTC

If you were caught receiving money for goods via personal payments, you violated PayPal TOS, plus whatever other reason why your account's been blocked and was given the 180 days walking papers.  You will be able to withdrawl the money when PayPal contacts you.  Make sure your mailing address and/or banking info is up to date so you can make withdraw by transfer or by check when you are notified that your money is able to be withdrawn.  180 day hold is for in case there are chargebacks, disputes or reversals.
