Hi everyone!
There are some exciting new changes coming in the next few weeks and months!
We are replacing our current shipping label tool for another that can save you time and money.
Over the next few weeks, PayPal will be directing customers to a new and improved tool for creating shipping labels.
The new PayPal tool is powered by eBay and very similar to the current one, but it is easier to use and comes with added advantages, including extra service options, and USPS shipping rates that are up to 32.5% less than what you pay now. You can read all about the benefits in the new tool’s FAQs.
What Do I Need to Do?
Nothing right now. Just be aware that starting March 27, 2012, when you go to create a shipping label, you may be automatically directed to use the new PayPal tool.
How Does the Shipping Label Tool Work?
Working with the new tool should be easy and very similar to the one you use now. If you do need help, these FAQs, demos, and tutorials are right there to walk you through the process and answer any questions you may have.
I'm really looking forward to the upcoming improvements! If you have any questions that aren't covered in the resources linked above, please feel free to post them here. 🙂

Hello
I use paypal's multi-order shipping for shipping my ebay and website sales. At one point in time I must have turned off the "display postage" feature for my labels. I would like to turn this back on. How do I do this with multi-order shipping? I know how to click it for single labels on the payment transaction pages but not for the bulk shipping.
Thanks much!

I have been on the site for over 45 minutes trying to figure out how to get a refund for USPS postage that I printed and paid for through Paypal but never used. I'm giving up. I can't believe that with as many requests for information on this topic that I see listed in your forum that it can be this difficult to let us know how to do this. Maybe it's because it's to Paypal's advantage to make it difficult! I have been a Paypal user since about 2000 so it's not like I'm a novice. Just frustrated.

did you print from a payment or make up your own postage label with no payment from a buyer?
If from a buyer's payment go to that payment transaction, scroll down to the bottom and under the DC number click "void label"

BUT you only have 48 hours to void it after it was printed out. If it has been 48 hours than that would be why you can not find a way to void it out.
I just looked up one I did for someone who had not paid me for anything. I did a search in my emails of her name and the email came up with the shipping notification, on the email at the bottom was "void label".

Paypal--you NEED to get the padded flat rate envelope option for purchasing postage labels!!!
I just got the new envelopes today from usps.com and these say PADDED FLAT RATE ENVELOPE on them! The other's only said FLAT RATE ENVELOPE. We MUST purchase the PADDED FLAT RATE ENVELOPE postage with these new ones or our packages will be sent back to us for insufficient funds! It is 30 cents more, not the same price as regular FRE.
FIX THIS ASAP!!!
Thank you!

I have used mutl order shipping for 5 years now and for several days the drop downs for presets and shipping method and weight do not open, drop down, so I cannot select my information for bulk labels. Printing one lable at a time when you have at least 5 to print is so time consuming!!!!
IS ANYONE ELSE EXPERIENCING THIS PROBLEM with Multi Order Shipping.??????????

I have experienced the same problem! I was able to get them to work in Internet Explorer, but I would rather use Mozilla! One Paypal person told me they were fixing some issues, but nothing yet.

I use Mozilla too But multi order shipping doesn't work on both firefox or explorer. You are lucky if it works on Explorer. I have to print 5 or more labels one at a time and it's driving me crazy as it takes way too much time!!!! They told me they aren't aware of an issue but put in a tech. ticket on it.....so we'll see!!!!
