Dear PayPal,
one of my friends has problems with login in PayPal. She doesn't used her account for more than 1 year, she forget her password AND the answers to the security questions... More precisely: she tried the answers, but she failed.
So, she is unable to login. She tried to send an email, but she receives just automatic answers, with redirecting her to the security questions. What do you propose? How can she obtain a new password?
