Some of the transactions that I do in Paypal do not have an email address or there are no first or last name, Most of them are Merchants/company names. When I go to the "Find a Transaction" area, I type the merchant name or copy and paste just like in the original transaction and it doesn't find anything. Why has someone not come up with the idea to include the Merchant Name? Please include it. How hard can it be to add another variable?
Been asking for this feature for 7 years... I mentioned it to so many PayPal representatives and sent email feedback about it... As long as the company stay in business, we will have the feature one day!
In the meanwhile, ur only luck is to download all transactions to excel (as many files and daunting as that sounds), and then search for the transaction in excel, then get transaction number then find it in Paypal.
