Paypal is literally my least favorite site out there.  It holds on to your money even when it's money for shipping so that you can't use it to ship anything! It's so bad. Also, why can't I pay for things with my paypal balance? It forces me to use my bank account to pay for other things when I could just use the money that's unlocked in my account. Whoever created this scam to hold on to your money and not give it to you when requested should take a few minutes and realize what they've done to society.

You should be able to use your balance to pay for items and we usually use that first before your bank or credit card.
