Words Can't Describe How Disappointed I Am With PayPal

I accidentally upgraded my account to a business type a few days ago and after a few hours I received an email saying my account got limited until I comply with their request. I did not expect paypal to ask for so many documents and all of which I cannot provide cause I am not really doing some big time business I just thought it would be good to upgrade it to business type for future transactions. 

Mistakes were made so the right thing to do is fix them right away, right? What I did first was email them. Two days have passed and I still didn't hear anything from them - so much wow! I had to receive money from friends who owe me and I need the money as soon as possible to survive. So I had to call them and explain my situation. I told them to downgrade my account to a personal type and wow again! It was downgraded in just a few minutes. So I was so happy that finally I could receive funds and buy me some food but no, my account's still limited and they still want me to provide the business documents they were asking when I upgraded my account. So I waited again for a day, maybe they could you know do their job and help their customers.

The next day I checked my email and my account to see no progress at all so I called the customer service again to ask about it and guess what? The agent told me that they are still waiting for me to pass my documents when I made it clear on the previous agent that I talked to that I cannot provide any of those!! That's just ridiculous!! So I was waiting for nothing all this time!! Great!! Okay so asked the agent what I can do with current situation and he said to submit the documents again and again and again!! I mean like I didn't tell him 10x already that I don't have those documents!! What in the world! So then we moved on and he told me to send an email to paypal with my case ID and to tell them my situation... WOW.. It felt like I was a ball being passed around by these paypal people. So much for customer service! I 

So now I am awaiting a response from this another department they passed me on. I'm expecting atleast 2 weeks of waiting time cause PayPal just doesnt care about their customers. They are making money, so why the **bleep** do they care about their customers' own financial problem? Makes sense!! 

So that's my story. Once I get my funds I am never going back. I just can't tolerate their way of treating their customers. So enjoy your dirty money while you can. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one experiencing the same issue. I hope PayPal management can read this and hopefully do something about it for their future customers assuming there will be.
