Hello PJ_STYLES,   Welcome to the Community!   If you were successful sending a payment, it sounds like you may have your buttons and cart set up correctly. A buyer can send a payment using their credit card even if they do not have a PayPal account or have the credit card registered on a PayPal account.                              There are many reasons why a credit card may be declined from the card issuer. Hi akbel2007,   Welcome to the Community!   That's a great question! You can access the PayPal Logo Center to let your buyers know that you use PayPal to securely process their payments. The Logo Center offers banners, buttons and payment option graphics that you can use on your homepage and in your checkout. Hello jmack416,   Welcome to the Community!   We're sorry to hear about your experience. If any of the payments were made from your PayPal account, you can go to the Resolution Center and file a dispute for the unauthorized transactions. If we determine that the payments were unauthorized you would be reimbursed.    If you had payments sent outside of PayPal, you would need to contact your financial institution to let them know that those transactions were not sent from your Paypal account.  Since PayPal does not register the full bank or credit card number, if someone has this information, they would not have been able to retreive it from your PayPal account.   If you need further assistance, you can reach out to our customer service team by clicking "Contact us" on the PayPal website or through Twitter or Facebook.   - Marily   If you found my reply helpful, please consider accepting it as a solution or give me a Kudos.
