I don't know what is wrong with Paypal. I have 1 disputed order that I want a refund and I can't log in to the account. Every time I login, I see the notice "We've noticed some unusual activity". Then paypal again asks to verify by SMS and when you put the right code and change the password successfully it will kick you again to the login page and back to square 1 again. Whenever to try to login you will see never ending loop "We've noticed some unusual activity" Change password again. The same happens over and over again. Can't login the account, I even tried using another browser, IP and location. No success! I tried to look for support but cannot find anyone to help. I tried to call the support number several times several days but no luck!.
I hope someone can help me.
