Hello, I have a problem with logging in my account. I confirm name and password and after that it shows me "Sorry, your identity could not be confirmed". I tiried to change password, but it hasn´t helped. Anything I can do is write here. Not any contact to Paypal, not any support, nothning. I don´t know what to do with this issue. Thanks for any help!
In addition, I sometimes receive emails from a strange address that looks like Paypal (for example, ticket1152367 at XXX.pa...) that my card and account have been used to make some gambling payments. There is an option to cancel the payment in the email (of course I'm not clicking, but I'm deleting it right away). I once received an email saying that my account is blocked for 48 hours due to something.
And I just want to log in and delete the account because I don't use Paypal.
