Trying to send a friend a largish amount of money?

Just wondering why it won't let me send a mate a largeish amount of money. It keeps saying unable ro process and then I get emails saying it's unusual compared to my usual activity? Do I have to wait until I can call paypal?

Sometimes the best way to handle this situation is making sure you're logging in from a trusted device or trying the payment in a day or two.
